Swim Rags – Swimwear Exchange & Returns Policy

Swim Rags will gladly exchange regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise purchased online at shop www.swimrags.com/shop (must be accompanied by original sales receipt or original gift receipt and original tags must still be attached). For exchanges of merchandise purchased online at any of our online partner stores, customers must E-Mail – returns@swimrags.com within 7 days of receiving merchandise and will be issued an exchange authorization number. Within 10 days of receiving an exchange authorization number, merchandise must be shipped back to Swim Rags (746 SE 7th Ave, Suite B, Hillsboro, OR 97123) and must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, and unused – with all original tags attached. Upon arrival and inspection of the merchandise to Swim Rag, the selected exchanged merchandise will be shipped if in-stock. Please note: the shipment of exchanged merchandise will be accompanied by a shipping cost. No refund of shipping charges.

Swim Rags– Return Policy

Regularly priced, Sale, or Clearance merchandise purchased from retail store locations can Not be returned to Swim Rags – Swimwear physical store. You must contact the retail location where you purchased the garments and follow their return or exchange policy.

Unfortunately, all Sale/Clearance items are final sales and can not be returned. If for any reason your Sale/Clearance garment has any sort of defect, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving your issue.
- All return orders are subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 per item.
- Brokerage/Customs/Duty may be added on International shipments.

*Please Note – Our internet order policies vary from any retail in-store policies. All products purchased through our website must be returned through our internet order division. All products purchased in any retail partner stores must be returned to their stores. Bathing suits are considered intimate apparel and should be tried on over undergarments. We cannot accept any returned garments which have been worn, used, or altered in any way. Garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including having all tags on still on garment.

**Please Note – Swimwear is consider intimate apparel like any under garments. Thus, the following rules below are set in-place for all our customers health and safety.

***Please Note – We can not accept for return any garment in-which the “Personal Hygienic Strip” has been removed.

****Please Note – Once the tags and/or personal hygienic strip is removed, the bikini is yours. This is a “No exceptions” policy. No refunds or exchanges will be given if the tags or hygienic strip have been removed.

Our Guarantee – Swim Rags guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, return it and we will gladly exchange the item that you purchased or refund your money.
